Why housing research costs less here

Paste a listing link or address and get one property report — price, comps, taxes, schools, flood zone, permits, and negotiation notes — with one free report emailed to you and no credit card, or a month-to-month plan from $29.

What you pay

The homepage offers one free report and does not ask for a credit card. The form does not create an account. You enter a listing link or an address, plus an email, and the report is sent to that email.

If you want more than the free report, the pricing page lists three month-to-month plans:

Those pages also say there is no contract, no hidden fee, and you can cancel anytime. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Annual billing is offered and labeled “Save 20%.”

The homepage says hiring a human analyst can cost thousands, and that you pay here only while you are actively searching.

How long it takes

The free-report form accepts a Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com link, or any property address. It says the report is emailed in about 5 minutes.

The pricing page lists longer windows for paid plans: Standard says 4–12 hours, and Pro says 2–4 hours.

The homepage says each report already includes market value analysis, comparable sales, price trend history, neighborhood insights, school district information, a tax assessment review, permit history, flood zone data, and negotiation recommendations.

Before you order a report, the homepage also links free tools you can open directly, including an affordability calculator and an offer competitiveness calculator.
